DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing social media programs to promote brand, products, events, or campaigns, including content preparation, planning, budgeting, and collaborating with other brands for content collaborations and giveaways.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure effective communication of all products and programs through optimized social media utilization, cultivating relationships with influential target parties, and collaborating with other brands for marketing activities.
  • Performing social media benchmarking, boosting followers engagement, and executing various social media activities, including live sessions, product demos, and community events.
  • Continuously monitoring online trends, evaluating social media programs and media coverage, aligning social media account monitoring with company guidelines, and tracking competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in all major
  • Minimum 2 years experience ( preferably from beauty industry )
  • Excellent in copywriting skill, content planning, content management and editing
  • High initiative, creative and updated for the trend
